Drummer Lorca Hart brings the band from his latest album Colors of Jazz which features saxophone great Ralph Moore. Hart, originally from Taos, New Mexico and son of master drummer Billy Hart, is one of the West Coast’s go-to drummers having performed with Bobby Hutcherson, Carmen Lundy and Freddie Hubbard, to name a few. Moore has been a heavy weight in the jazz world for decades performing with such legends as Dizzy Gillespie, Horace Silver and Freddie Hubbard and spent many years in Jay Leno’s Tonight Show Orchestra. Get ready for some straight-ahead jazz!
